Vera Flett-Keddy Buchanan Scholarship
Al Keddy is a graduate of the ³Ô¹ÏÍø earning a BEng degree in 1988 and a MSc in 1994. He wishes to establish this scholarship in memory of his mother, Vera Flett Keddy Buchanan.
Mrs. Buchanan, who was a student at the Normal School in 1949, taught in Saskatchewan and throughout British Columbia, many of those years at Cloverdale Elementary in Victoria.
