As the body requires sleep to rest so does your mind. Yoga is a practice that will tone your body and mind towards stability. The Asanas and Breathwork of yoga can be preparative for meditation andare a mind and body practice.

Meditation observes the breath, while the mind goes inward with self reflection and thoughtlessness, this reduces stress and anxiety, develops inner stillness, increases self-awareness, and opensthe heart and mind to presence.
